LETHBRIDGE, AB – Excitement is in the air as the 2022 Tim Hortons Brier takes over the ENMAX Centre.
The 93rd edition of the Canadian men’s curling championship will be played March 4 through 13, 2022 in Lethbridge. This makes Lethbridge just the fourth city that has hosted all four major Season of Champions events.
These events include the Tim Hortons Brier, the Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the World Men’s Championship, and the World Women’s Championship. Most recently, the ENMAX Centre played host to the 2019 World Men’s Curling Championship. Sweden’s Niklas Edin defeated Canada’s Kevin Koe to win the tournament.
This week’s event will not feature any international teams, though, as it will be a battle between teams from Canadian provinces and territories, as well as the defending champion Team Canada.
